The Bermuda Monetary Authority affirmed Bentley Mutual Insurance has been Registered at all times in the BMA’s 2014 Annual Report, page 15. Bentley is a bonafide Bermuda insurer. In December 2014, The Bermuda Parliament, in the House of Assembly, found no issues with Bentley’s registration. The BMA 2014 below press release is in violation of Bermuda Law. A subsequent attempt by the BMA to have section 57(1)(a) repealed failed in the House of Assembly. Further, Bermuda government departments, including the Attorney General, should be prohibited from acting on behalf of private interests as they have in our case – see below CD&P letters. Bentley is still here ten years later despite organized conspiratorial, collusive efforts to harm us.
