Copy of your bank statement – just the portion with your address. The address on the bank statement should be the same as the mailing address you provide Ameritrade.
Complete the application.
Complete a W8 Bene form. This informs the IRS that you are not a U.S. citizen for tax purposes.
After the account has been opened you will have to fund the account with a wire transfer or a bank draft.
The assets in this account are your property. You will have access to these assets no matter where you are in the world 24/7.
